How much the damage will produce if it's connected with emotional distress

Today I would like to share about the topic "How much the damage will produce if it is connected with emotional distress", the main reason why I choose that topic because many people underestimate feelings of emotional stress, as far as I observe many people don't recognize emotional stress because they think it is used to happening, nevertheless they still don't know how to escape, we cannot suppress our feelings by following the flow of emotions that have no clear direction, The only way to reduce emotional suffering is to reduce the level of desire, The main reason we need to reduce the level of desire is because 80% often leads people to negligence, the more we reduce our desires, the more we think rationally, isn't that a classic method for rising from adversity due to undirected desires, People who often feel tired even though they are not physically tired, they suffer from burnout, To overcome unstable emotional changes, people often rest more often than doing activities that strengthen feelings, that's the effect of emotional distress damage, If we feel that life is tired, then we need to raise our level of consciousness, namely doing something because we love that work.

Emotional distress damages are designed to compensate individuals for the psychological impact that an injury or harmful event has had on their daily lives. These damages acknowledge the mental suffering caused by someone else’s actions, whether intentional or accidental. Here are some key points about emotional distress damages:

  1. Definition of Emotional Distress:
    • Emotional distress refers to mental suffering resulting from external factors. Symptoms may include depression, anxiety, shame, guilt, insomnia, nightmares, fatigue, chronic headaches, weight changes, and uncontrolled crying.
    • Legally, emotional distress is tied to harm caused by another person’s actions.
  2. Elements of Emotional Distress Claims:
    • Duty: People have a duty to drive legally and safely on public roads. Breach of this duty occurs when someone behaves in a way that a reasonable person wouldn’t (e.g., speeding or running a stop sign).
    • Breach of Duty: The breach of duty must cause harm. In a car accident, for instance, emotional distress may accompany physical injuries.
    • Harm and Damages: Emotional distress can be assigned value. Courts recognize it as pain and suffering, even if not directly tied to physical injuries. Conditions like PTSD, anxiety, and depression can arise without physical harm.
  3. Compensatory Damages:
    • Compensatory damages (also called non-economic damages) compensate prevailing parties for emotional distress, suffering, and pain resulting from unlawful conduct (e.g., discrimination, harassment, retaliation).
    • These damages are part of the total award in cases where someone has caused physical harm or distress.

Remember that emotional distress damages vary based on specific circumstances and legal jurisdiction. Seeking legal advice is crucial if you believe you have a valid emotional distress claim.

To discover emotional distress animal

Today I would like to share about the interesting topic "To discover emotional distress animal", the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people realize what the animals feel, Many people think that animals cannot be stressed, On the other hand, animals will feel stressed when the colonial territory they inhabit has been damaged by humans, As humans, we cannot just remain silent when we see unusual animal behavior, If we don't know how to handle animals and don't know whether the animal's behavior is sick or not, We need to call the animal service at the zoo or call the handler/animal tamer, If an Animal is stressed or sick, it is less likely to show its natural arousal, Animals that rarely have contact with humans tend to avoid human areas. If an animal approaches a human area and doesn't make trouble, it means the animal is stressed or sick.

When encountering a distressed animal, it’s essential to recognize the signs that indicate they might need help. Here are some features to look out for:

  1. Nocturnal Animals Active During the Day: If you see animals that are typically active at night (like possums) out during the day, it’s a sign they might be in distress.

  2. Tree-Dwelling Animals on the Ground: Koalas and other tree-dwelling animals found on the ground are likely disoriented or injured.

  3. Loss of Balance, Collapse, Confusion, or Panting: Birds or animals displaying any of these symptoms may require urgent care.

Remember, if you come across a wild animal that appears docile—meaning you can approach it without it running away—this is a clear sign that it needs help. Here’s what you can do if you find a visibly distressed animal:

  1. Handle with Care: Wrap the animal loosely in a blanket or towel (if safe) and place it in a cardboard box. Then, put the box in a dark, quiet, and cool area.

  2. Offer Water, Not Food: Provide cool water in a bowl for the animal to lap from. Do not pour water into its mouth, as this can cause additional distress.

  3. Seek Professional Help: Call a wildlife carer or your local vet immediately. They can guide you on the next steps.

Remember, if you encounter an injured or heat-stressed flying fox (fruit bat), do not touch it—call a wildlife carer for advice instead. Let’s all do our part to help our native animals in need!

What's emotional distress behaviour? Psychology talks

Today I would like to share about the topic "What's Emotional distress behaviour", the main reason why I choose that topic because many people don't know about distress behaviour, The main reason people experience emotional distress because they chase something beyond their mental capacity,  besides that they try to do something beyond their focus, As normal humans, we cannot force reality to follow what we want,  Basically, reality follows God's will, If God desires goodness for humans, then God will allow human desires to be realized in reality, However, if God desires evil for humans, then humans will be left to follow where their desires lead, Disorganized human behavior occurs because people ignore rational thinking and prioritize their passionate feelings.
Remember this advice: All human desires lead human destiny to damage and loss , what we can do is not follow all our desires, but follow God's desires, This is not easy to do because only humans who have a high spiritual level understand what God means, only people who are given guidance by God can translate God's meaning, The following are the characteristics of people who experience emotional disorders :

1. They don't like changes in reality, they tend to miss their memories of the past
2. They begin to find no meaning in their life
3. They consider the past not much different from the present or future
4. They like things that are certain and things that process quickly
5. They feel injustice in all situations
6. They experience an identity crisis and a crisis of trust
7. They only glorify honor, rank, social relations, reputation and money
8. They have compared what they feel with what other people experience
9. They have no empathy for other people's suffering
10. They hate uncertainty and discomfort, they are easily tempted by false promises

Those are 10 signs of people who have emotionally disturbed behavior, if we want to create peace in this world,  Reduce indulgence of desires and enable what we can do without protesting the results, we shouldn't Creating chaos when what we feel is good enough, sometimes we often get caught up in the meaning of success until we forget to see what we can be grateful for , here is the last question from me "if you feel the world is unfair, what would you do besides protest?", If you can save yourself without looking around you, then you will always feel lacking and helpless, If you can do something for others even though you know that the world is full of injustice, Then you are one of the strongest people out of millions of people on this earth,  I hope you get enlightenment from the article I wrote, good luck

Emotional distress at work

Let’s explore some common causes:

  1. Longer Working Hours: When work demands exceed our capacity, longer hours can lead to stress and imbalance in our work-life equation.

The mysterious of Chinese philosophy

Confucianism

Hi, Today would like to share about the topic "The mysterious of Chinese philosophy", the main reason why I choose that topic because many people admire Chinese culture and Chinese philosophy, many people believe that China has many tremendous improvements, especially in business strategy and sophisticated technology, besides that, China has old culture which can bring good impact to the Chinese people,

Chinese philosophy has a rich and diverse history, spanning thousands of years. Let’s explore some key aspects:

  1. Origins and Context:
    • Chinese philosophy emerged during the Spring and Autumn period and the Warring States period. This era, known as the “Hundred Schools of Thought,” witnessed significant intellectual and cultural developments.
    • Elements of Chinese philosophy can be traced back even further, with influences found in texts like the I Ching (the Book of Changes), which dates back to at least 672 BCE.
  2. Major Philosophical Schools:
    • During the Warring States era (475-221 BCE), several major philosophical schools arose:
      • Confucianism: Focused on ethics, social harmony, and proper conduct. Confucius emphasized filial piety, respect for tradition, and moral cultivation.
      • Legalism: Advocated strict laws, centralized authority, and harsh punishments to maintain order.
      • Taoism (Daoism): Embraced natural spontaneity, simplicity, and the concept of the Dao (the Way).
      • Other lesser-known schools included Agriculturalism, Mohism, Chinese Naturalism, and the Logicians.
  3. Early Beliefs:
    • Shang dynasty thought was based on cycles observed in nature, such as day and night, seasons, and lunar phases. This cyclical view contrasted with Western linear progression.
    • Ancestor worship was prevalent during the Shang dynasty, and the concept of the Mandate of Heaven justified Zhou rule.
  4. Key Concepts:
    • Dao (the Way): Represents the fundamental principle underlying reality and guides ethical behavior.
    • De (virtue): Refers to moral power and integrity.
    • Li (principle): Signifies cosmic order and ritual propriety.
    • Qi (vital energy): Symbolizes life force and material energy.
    • Tai-chi (Great Heavenly Axis): Unites complementary polarities, Yin and Yang.

Chinese philosophy continues to influence culture, ethics, and thought, making it a fascinating and enduring tradition.

I don't neglect when the Chinese population's growth is greater than India, America, and other countries around the world, the main reason why China's government agreed having the tremendous number of populations can accelerate the dream of China in the future, so far, the China's government has limited the Chinese population because the number of birthrates per year is huge, based on the economy's evaluation, China has the second largest numbers of economic growth amongst 114 countries, so from my conclusion, this economy's rate will influence other countries who are still under developing country status, based on my life experience, nevertheless, the advanced countries will not be developed abruptly unless they have philosophy where it can direct people to the main purpose and glorious principle, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give a good impact to your life, good luck.

                 Claustrophobia expression

Today I would like to share about the topic “What's the meaning of Claustrophobia”, the main reason why I choose that topic because there are some people get claustrophobia, the meaning of claustrophobia is kind of extreme fear of being in confined space, so claustrophobic usually gets panic attack when they get in confined space for several times, in order to heal a sense of fear or anxiety from confined space, claustrophobic usually puts himself in wide area or open area in public places, if you ask me why people get claustrophobia; here is the first reason; person had ever been locked in confined place for longer period of time, here is the second reason; person had ever experienced with other people's mistreatment in confined space, here is the third reason; person's parents have ever experienced claustrophobic since they get childhood experience, those are three reasons why people get claustrophobic, in my opinion; people who get claustrophobic because they extend their fear by creating a mental picture in imagination until they are fixated to taste the fear image story to present time, so this condition will create self-delusion in people's mindset, if this condition doesn't get special treatment from psychiatrist or psychologist immediately, people's sense of fear towards confined space will be growing up, eventually, it will induce people's career in the future will get ruined, at this moment, I would share about some several strategies how to relieve the pain of claustrophobia, hopefully these strategies can give a good impact to your life, here is the first treatment; Flooding, it means, a patient will get therapy by putting him into confined space, a patient must be accompanied by psychiatrist or psychologist while a patient is being put into confined space.

                        Claustrophobia area

Here is the second treatment; counter-conditioning, it means, a patient gets therapy from psychiatrist by giving him a deep relaxation technique or the visualization training program, this therapy will take several days until 1 month, this purpose must be applied periodically in order to change a patient's fear mental picture which is embedded in patient's subconscious mind, if a patient still get claustrophobic after he gets a deep relaxation technique, it means, this technique must be prolonged more than 1 month until a patience succeeds to change his delusion, here is the third treatment; Modelling, it means, a patient is challenged to follow the trainer's movement in confined space, this purpose is applied to regain self-confidence, here is the fourth treatment; cognitive behavioral therapy, it means, a patient is trained to change his mindset by recognizing new confined space in different shape area, this purpose is applied to release the pain and to adapt a patient's habit with new space, here is the fifth treatment; consume antidepressant, I don't recommend person who gets claustrophobic to consume antidepressant because it will cause addiction to a patient's habit, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

What's the uniqueness of confucius philosophy? The fact tells

Today I would like to share about the topic "What's the uniqueness of Confucius philosophy", the main reason why I choose that topic because many people admire his groundbreaking ideas, as we know that Confucius (孔子), also known as Kong Fuzi, was a Chinese philosopher who lived during the Spring and Autumn period. His teachings and philosophy, collectively known as Confucianism, have profoundly influenced East Asian culture and society. Let’s explore some key aspects of Confucius’s philosophy:

  1. Ethics and Morality: Confucius emphasized personal and governmental morality. His teachings revolved around correctness of social relationships, justice, kindness, and sincerity. He believed in the importance of cultivating virtuous character and maintaining harmonious interactions with others.
  1. Ren (仁): Central to Confucian thought is the concept of ren, often translated as “benevolence” or “humaneness”. It refers to the quality of compassion, empathy, and kindness toward others. Confucius believed that practicing ren would lead to a harmonious society.
  1. Filial Piety: Confucius emphasized the duty of children to respect and care for their parents. Filial piety was considered a fundamental virtue, and it extended beyond the family to loyalty and respect toward rulers and ancestors.
  1. Education and Self-Cultivation: Confucius believed in the transformative power of education. He taught the Six Arts, which included music, archery, charioteering, calligraphy, mathematics, and ritual. These arts were essential for self-improvement and moral development.
  1. The Analects: The Analects of Confucius (Lunyu) is a collection of sayings and ideas attributed to Confucius. It covers various topics, including ethics, governance, and personal conduct. The Analects serve as a foundational text in Confucianism.
  1. Legacy and Influence: Confucius’s ideas gained prominence during the Warring States period but faced setbacks after the Qin conquest. However, under Emperor Wu of Han, Confucianism received official sanction. During the Tang and Song dynasties, it evolved into Neo-Confucianism, shaping Chinese culture and way of life.

Confucius’s teachings continue to resonate, emphasizing the importance of virtue, social harmony, and lifelong learning. His impact extends far beyond his lifetime, making him a revered figure in Chinese history, until now many Chinese people admire Confucius's philosophy, as far as I observe, many people believe that Confucius's philosophy can be applied into real life because his teaching can make a better way to human's life, when reality opposes people's idealism, instead Confucius advises people not to object or not to oppose the reality, as we know people want a better life, but it doesn't mean people's idealism must happen into reality, the reason why human's idealism doesn't always happen into reality because God doesn't want human's desire dominating in this life, besides that, human's idealism is more dangerous than God's idealism, as human being, we can't always dominate the world by our desire, what we can do is offer our service to the world, the more we offer a better service to the world, the more we get the power to conquer the world, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an insight, good luck.

What's the uniqueness of descartes philosophy? The fact tells

Today I would like to share about the topic  "What's the uniqueness of descartes philosophy", the main reason why I choose that topic because many people admire about his personality and his science work, as we know that René Descartes, a French mathematician, scientist, and philosopher, is widely regarded as the founder of modern philosophy. many people think that his principle is like Socrates, Greece Philosopher, Rene Descartes discovers many things that can resolve the problematic mindset where it occurs to the modern age, His groundbreaking ideas have left a lasting impact on various fields. Let’s delve into some key aspects of Descartes’s philosophy:
  1. Cogito, Ergo Sum: Descartes famously declared, “I think, therefore I am” (originally in French: “Je pense, donc je suis”). This profound statement captures his epistemological foundationalism. By applying methodical doubt, he dismissed knowledge derived from authority, senses, and reason. Instead, he grounded his new epistemology on the intuition that when he is thinking, he exists.

  2. Mind-Body Dualism: Descartes formulated the first modern version of mind-body dualism. According to his metaphysical framework, the mind (essence of thinking) and matter (essence of extension in three dimensions) are radically distinct entities. This distinction laid the groundwork for the mind-body problem that continues to intrigue philosophers and scientists.

  3. Rationalism and Innate Ideas: Descartes’s metaphysics is rationalist, emphasizing innate ideas of mind, matter, and God. He believed that certain truths are inherent within us, independent of sensory experience. However, his physics and physiology were empiricist and mechanistic, based on observation and sensory data.

  4. Notable Works: Descartes authored several influential works, including:
    • “Meditations on First Philosophy”: A foundational text that explores skepticism, the existence of God, and the nature of reality.
    • “Principles of Philosophy”: An exposition of his philosophical system.
    • “The Discourse on Method”: Where he introduced his famous maxim “Cogito, ergo sum.”
    • “La Géométrie”: A work that contributed to the development of analytical geometry.
    • “The Passions of the Soul”: An exploration of human emotions and their connection to the body.

Descartes’s legacy extends beyond philosophy; his influence also permeates mathematics, with the Cartesian coordinate system named after him. His commitment to reason, doubt, and foundational thinking continues to inspire scholars and thinkers across disciplines, now I have question to you, if you have daily problem which often happens, do you apply Descartes's groundbreaking idea or not?, if you can understand His mindset, means, you can understand his perspective, finally you can do like what Descartes did in the past, remember this; problem is problem, problem doesn't need  the solution from you, problem is designed to develop your mindset an improve your troubleshooting's capacity, don't ever think problem can be solved by your service, problem abides in the world because many people are willing to manifest the problem into reality, if problem can be solved by human being, it means, the world will end, problem will never be settled down, it is just hidden into human's incapacitation, hopefully this article can help you to improve your life career, good luck.

What's the purpose of business philosophy? The fact tells

Today I would like to share about the topic "What's the purpose of business philosophy", the reason why I choose that topic because not everyone can apply business philosophy on their business model, a business philosophy is a set of guiding principles that a company follows to achieve its goals and objectives. It is a reflection of the company’s values, mission, and vision, and it helps to guide the company’s operations and decision-making processes. A well-defined business philosophy can help to unify a team, improve relationships with customers, and set an ethical foundation within the organization.

Here are some basic steps to create a business philosophy:

  1. Identify value-oriented parts of your company.

    • Example: Buffer’s transparent salary formula and public sharing of company metrics.

Remember that each company’s philosophy is unique, shaped by its values, leadership, and industry context. business is not about selling something you love but a business must offer something inspired and businesses often combine multiple philosophies to create their own distinct approach, business is like changing season, we must be ready with the consequences, like up and down of demand and supply in the marketplace, there is no good business if the sales can't offer a good supply to the marketplace or the sales can't pay the business operation, in business scope, we must have the cash power, rather than having the power of influence, the real power in business is lies in the market's demand and the cash power, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can help, good luck.

Today I would like to share about the topic "Progressivism philosophy of education", the main reason why I choose the topic because many educations don't teach about the real education which contents about the moralism, philosophy, socialism, instead, they promote the casted system where students can't recognize their real potential and students tend to do something where it can delay their natural potential to grow, Progressivism is a student-centered philosophy of education that emphasizes practical learning, real-world problem-solving, and democratic cooperation. Let’s delve into its key characteristics:
  1. Rooted in Pragmatism: Progressivism is firmly grounded in the philosophy of pragmatism. Unlike Perennialism, which emphasizes universal truths, progressivism focuses on human experience as the basis for knowledge rather than authority.

  2. Educational Focus: The heart of progressivism lies in engaging students in real-world problem-solving activities within a democratic and cooperative learning environment. Students actively apply the scientific method to find practical solutions.

  6. Role of the Learner: Students take an active role in their learning. They collaborate, investigate, and apply their knowledge to real-world situations. Learning becomes a dynamic process rather than passive absorption.

For more insights, you might find this article on progressive education intriguing: Progressive education: Why it’s hard to beat, but also hard to find. It explores the essence of progressivism and its practical implications, the reason why education doesn't apply efficient practices because there is idealism where it can block student's future, idealism comes from essentialism, Let’s explore about the key differences between Progressivism and Essentialism in education:

  1. Philosophical Foundations:
    • Progressivism: Rooted in pragmatism, progressivism emphasizes practical learning, real-world problem-solving, and democratic cooperation. It values experience as the basis for knowledge.
    • Essentialism: Essentialism, on the other hand, is grounded in idealism. It focuses on universal truths and a core curriculum that imparts essential knowledge and skills.
  2. Purpose of Education:
    • Progressivism: Aims to prepare students for active participation in a democratic society. It emphasizes critical thinking, creativity, and adaptability.
    • Essentialism: Seeks to transmit cultural heritage, moral values, and essential knowledge. It prioritizes academic rigor and foundational subjects.
  3. Curriculum:
    • Progressivism: Favors a relevant and flexible curriculum that connects to students’ lives. It includes practical subjects, interdisciplinary projects, and experiential learning.
    • Essentialism: Advocates for a structured and standardized curriculum with a focus on core subjects such as mathematics, science, literature, and history.
  4. Teaching Approach:
    • Progressivism: Teachers act as facilitators, guiding student exploration and encouraging independent thinking. Student interests and experiences shape the learning process.
    • Essentialism: Teachers play a central role as experts who impart knowledge. They follow a structured curriculum and emphasize discipline and order.
  5. Student Role:
    • Progressivism: Students take an active role in their learning. They collaborate, investigate, and apply knowledge to real-world situations.
    • Essentialism: Students are passive recipients of information. They absorb knowledge through direct instruction.
  6. Assessment:
    • Progressivism: Assessment focuses on process, problem-solving, and creativity. Portfolios, projects, and performance-based assessments are common.
    • Essentialism: Assessment emphasizes content mastery through tests, quizzes, and standardized assessments.

In summary, progressivism prioritizes student engagement, practical skills, and democratic values, while essentialism emphasizes foundational knowledge, academic rigor, and traditional teaching methods. Both philosophies have their merits and continue to shape educational practices worldwide, hopefully this article can give you an insight about philosophy of education, good luck.

How much common mistakes in leadership? Psychology explains

Today I would like to share about the topic "How much common mistakes in leadership", the main reason why I choose that topic because many people just want to be a follower and they don't dare to be leader, if you ask me why many people don't want to be leader because they think being leader must possess some good requirements, it is not true, being leader mustn't possess good requirements, the basic skill how to become leader is know how to make open communication with others, let me tell you about the reality "leadership is a complex skill", it is quite common for leaders to make some mistakes, here is the common mistake is leader can't communicate effectively, sometimes leaders show their high expectations without considering the capacity of their team, so the leaders need to be clear when they show expectations to the people that they have lead, another mistake from leader is not providing the constructive back, meaning, the leaders can provide what their team need in order to grow and improve their team's skill, for the most important part is the leaders can point out the area where people can do better.

Sometimes the leaders forget how to delegate someone when there is right position, the leaders may feel like they need to do everything for themselves, but this condition can lead the leaders to get burnout because the leaders don't allow their team to develop the new area which can burden their team's responsibility, lastly, the leaders forget how to appreciate their team's skill when the teams can finish something crucial, that's leader's common mistakes, as we know everyone needs to feel valued and feel recognized for their hard work, the leaders who forget to do this will make the situation is weird between the leaders and the team member, remember; the team who doesn't get appreciation and recognition from their leaders, they tend to feel unmotivated, here is another mistake which is done by the leaders, they avoid a difficult conversation, meaning, the leaders tend to avoid the confrontation when the team members try to make a tough conversation to the leaders, but avoiding the conversation can lead to larger problem down the line, it is important for the leaders to address issues head-on and in a respectful manner, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an insight how to improve your career, good luck.

What's meaning of Acute stress disorder? Psychology talks

Acute Stress Disorder (ASD) is a mental health condition that can occur in the first month after a traumatic event. It involves stress responses, including anxiety, intense fear or helplessness, experiencing flashbacks or nightmares, etc. The symptoms of ASD are like PTSD symptoms, but you must have them for longer than one month to have PTSD.

The condition can be treated with psychotherapy (talk therapy) and may lead to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) if left untreated, if you or someone you know is experiencing symptoms of ASD, it is important to seek professional help. You can contact a mental health professional or a crisis helpline for support.

Acute Stress Disorder (ASD) and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) are two mental health conditions that can develop after a traumatic event. While the symptoms of ASD and PTSD are similar, there are some differences between the two.

ASD is diagnosed when symptoms occur within 3-30 days of a traumatic event and last for less than a month. PTSD is diagnosed when symptoms persist for more than a month after the traumatic event, ASD symptoms include anxiety, intense fear or helplessness, experiencing flashbacks or nightmares, feeling numb or detached from one’s body, physical aggression, persistent sadness, inability to concentrate, headaches, stomach pain, and difficulty breathing.

PTSD symptoms are similar to ASD symptoms, but they are more severe and last longer. They include re-experiencing the traumatic event, avoidance, changes in thoughts and mood, and reactivity and arousal, Both ASD and PTSD can be treated with psychotherapy (talk therapy) and may require medication. If you or someone you know is experiencing symptoms of ASD or PTSD, it is important to seek professional help. You can contact a mental health professional or a crisis helpline for support, remember; ASD is not caused by the job that you take, but it comes from having a sense of rejection to adapt with something you should learn, not all you think is bad for you as long as your endurance can accept the situation, you only get acute stress when you befriend with type of people who put a toxic relationship with you, please don't make a friend with someone who don't give a damn care about your mental health, you only can be happy when you only control what you can, e.g. your behavior, your thought, your analysis, your opinion, your decision, your mindset, your faith and your five sense direction, I think my explanation is enough, good luck.
