I hope you always have a good day, today I would like to share how prioritize our future and leave the past, the main reason why we need to leave our past and prioritize our future because past would move away from our time zone and it is no longer existed, we will never change the past history because the past time was obsolete, the more we want to go back in the past, the past would give us a sense of desperation and a sense of doom, there is no hope to rewrite the last history because the past time was no longer existed, we only have today as first chance to write a new chapter in our life story, we can learn something new and give a good design to the future, let the future works by its own way automatically, here is the important note; don't interfere the future's main job because the future itself has known about its responsibility, now let me explain the main reason why we shouldn’t back to the past because there was no path which it can be offered to us,there was no entry door to go back in the past, even though we act of repenting, it was pointless, besides that, if there was no time, there was no hope, if we ourselves insist to go back in the past, life would give us a threat, a severity pain and a miserable experience because we deliberately reject the truth.

           When we reject the truth, automatically we reject new opportunity which it’s being provided by the future, if we feel there were many setback and failures in the past, it doesn’t mean we have no hope at present time, but it’s part of progress, every failure and setback are not kind of the act of stupidity, it just God’s plan to leverage our preparation for the future, we will never know something about future because our knowledge are very limited, we don't have many choice to know something about the future because tomorrow is always mysterious, we are only being asked to keep growing our skill, keep improving our productivity and keep hoping to the future, that’s kind of God’s education system, remember this note; we are not being punished by God once we produce a new mistake or we keep doing wrong, but God will give us a severe punishment when we don’t dare to make new mistake and stop trying, that’s God’s wisdom, as human being, we are not entitled to determine a final result, but we are demanded to show some evidence that we deserve to get a reward from all great effort we made in the past, I think make a new day by writing a new story is kind of strategy of how to attract the unlimited potential, remember this note; if there is no preparation from today, we automatically will not get opportunity in the future.

          Now let me give you the example in reality how to keep existing between the past and the future, if you look at the treadmill machine where it has been used by someone’s running, when someone runs into that machine, he must keep running in order to keep him existing in that machine area, if he wants to survive, someone must run because the machine is designed to keeps him going backward or felling down, the same thing with the past, if we look at the past more often, the past will make our mental strength is going decrease, finally we are feel unmotivated and feel unworthy, starting today, we must beware about the past memory because it couldn’t offer something benefit to us except it offers a sense of regret, whatever you will receive, either a good thing or a bad thing in this life, it's kind of life lesson which it can leverage your willpower, eventually you will become the tough person in whatever you do.

I hope you always have a good day, today I would like to share the topic "How to build empathy in a relationship", the main reason why I choose that topic because not everyone can show their empathy when they meet with other people's emotional problem, if we look at reality, many people just give their own opinion without asking permission whether other people are willing to listen their opinion or not, that is people's attitude problem, do you know why I say such thing because many people just prioritize their esteem rather than giving their ears to understand what other people feel, in order to understand what other people feel, we should behave like an empty glass, not like the full glass, that's manner, if we behave like an empty glass, we must spend our time to be alone and ask to ourselves "Am I ready to accommodate other people's feeling?", if we aren't ready to listen other people's feeling first, we mustn't give our reaction to other people's problem, if you ask me why many people are quarreling with other people easily because they just push their respective opinion to the different circumstance rather than they use their logical thinking to ascertain what's problem they actually have, if people don't give their time to adapt with different circumstance, at least they keep silent and they get away into each other in order to drain their bad emotion, that's the way how to build empathy, remember; if we don't give our time to idle our emotion, as impact, we will push our illogical response which may hurt other people's feeling.

Give understanding, not responding first

    Basically, there is no single person quarrels just for prioritizing their sensible thinking, they always behave like child when they are unable to understand other people's feeling, unfortunately, not many adult people realize that their behavior is like child when they face a problem where they don't understand, the main problem why many people can't understand about other people's feeling because they don't understand how to match between their thinking capacity and other people's thinking capacity,  if we see reality now, there are many things we don't understand, especially about our conviction level, if we realize our understanding capacity is limited, why we bother to push our limited capacity to be accepted by other people's different capacity,? It is making no sense if we just ask other people to listen our opinion whereas we don't want to listen other people's opinion, remember this; asking the permission to other people to listen us is much important rather than we just show our good reaction, whether we like or not, other people want to see our good manner first before they want to accept our opinion, here is my conclusion; we must be willing to adapt with different circumstance if we want our limited capacity is congruent with other people's limited capacity, remember; mismatched capacity will be the main problem behind people's quarreling, so we need the power of empathy before we talk to other people, here is the first duty we must do if we want to build empathy; we must behave like the empty cup as if there is none valuable content within, or "humility", here is the second duty we must do if we want to build empathy; we aren't allowed to focus on other people's problem if we are unable to focus how to calm our emotion first, before we want to be accepted by other people's thinking capacity, so we must ensure whether we can see other people's agreement reaction after we have offered our limited capacity, if we don't worry or fear about other people's reaction, it means we can understand ourselves, that's power of empathy, if we aren't ready to accept other people's thinking capacity, as impact, we must force our limited capacity to accept the pain of disappointment from people's reaction, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this information can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

         Hi smart people, good day, I hope you always have a good day, today I would like to share how to develop a character, the main reason why we need to learn it because our character will give a reflection to the future, when we commit to do a good deed, we will get a good thing and when we commit to behave evil to others, we will be pushed to collect a bad thing no matter how far we will go, that’s the natural’s law, many people know how to build a character but not many people want to develop a character because they think developing a main character is not easy to do, now let me share the main cause why not everyone can develop their character level because they train their habit to expect something that it can't give a return to them and they follow the money's habit, in addition, they tied up their satisfaction into the thing or people, as a result, their characters can't provide a fortune and their characters always disappoint themselves, when their characters don’t grow up, it will affect to their mental age and this condition will shape their future's hope, if only people had realized about the power of character, the fortune always pursue them.

        Remember this note; a growth character will alter human to the magnificent life, “the more people develop their character, the more it will produce a new skill where it will support people how to design an inspiring life story”, whereas “undeveloped character can’t make a happy life because it always influence people's habit to look for a shortcut satisfaction and a short term plan”, now let me give you several ideas how to develop character; the first thing; detach yourself from profit, the main reason why you need to do it because a sense of satisfaction always reject a growth character whereas undeveloped character always rejects the possibility to change, besides that, profit will never let human’s character to grow, the more you are pursued with huge profit, the more you must increase your high income skill before your character is tied up firmly with bigger profit, that's life challenge, if you can't compete with your own character, this life will not reluctant to set you a trap in the greedy zone, if you pursue the money only, the money will always be there and money can make you go nowhere, but if you pursue your developed character, the money will invite you to make a marketplace, so other money's relatives will start to pursue you, remember; your developed character is the second best asset rank after your growth mindset at the first best asset rank.

        The main reason why we need to develop our character every day because profit grows more rapidly than human's developed character, if profit goes inflation faster than it usually goes, as a result, our character will pursue the money in everlasting life until we become a unstoppable follower, not a leader among the sources of money. The second thing how to develop character; stop focusing to self-satisfaction, life changes quickly and life will never offer a many opportunities in one time, you have to choose it wisely and manage your character to attract something which it can elevate your power of skill, you must tie your main character to the long term goal, when you start offering your service continuously at least 500 days, your habit will strengthen your high income skill and eventually you will be chased by the unexpected profit without any notification.

I hope you always have a good day, today I would like to share how to make tough decisions, the main reason why I choose that topic because there are many decisions don’t turn the human’s life into something they desire so bad, if this condition has been repeatedly, human will lose their willpower and their life journey will get stuck between their expectation and their chaotic mind, the main cause why people’s decision can’t turn their lives into something meaningful because there is no tough decision will be made, furthermore, most people don’t want to train their survival instinct to create unprecedented opportunity, that's major problem people should notice, remember this note; when someone can’t create a tough decision when he has a lot of free time, he will never get an opportunity to make tough decision when he has faced crisis, every tough decision needs a clear mind to practice, don’t let a life circumstance gives you an instant happiness because it is going to leave you when you need it, you and I shouldn’t act too casual because time doesn't always offer new opportunity, our best period of time is now, not later or tomorrow, if we don't have a sense of urgency, we don’t make any progress at all, that's key.

        We need to compete with our future because we will never know whether we will receive good news or bad news, Sometimes we need to ignore our past experience in order to create unprecedented opportunity, if we don't do that, our past memory can lock our mind to the clear goal, here is note; when we run the day by prioritizing self-interest, we will never get notified when the day drives us to the desperate zone, whether we like it or not with life test, we must create preparation for the worst thing because life itself will never compromise, we will never get something from life when we just receive something in daily, we must add something to this life by investing some good efforts, enthusiasm, passion, determination, strong faith, embrace failure and let life works about what we can’t do and let life returns what we invest it with a multiple return, it’s law, even though we don’t have any big role in this life, at least we don't use our time to repeat what we know and what we are capable of something, we must train our mindset how to become a contributor by providing something that the country can’t provide it, here is for self-reminder; there is nobody has no meaningful purpose, everything we choose is started by making habit and ritual, whether we want to be the strongest person or we want to be the weakest person on earth

         Tough decision is very crucial because it will give us an eye opener, if we don’t make tough decision in the rest of our lives, means we don’t make any progress at all in any scope, tough decision is the part of how to build a happy life, when we pursue something that it can't create a longevity happiness, we must leave it soon, here is the formula how to build happy life; give something that 99% people always wait for it, if you have this kind of idea, your life will not be suppressed because you always make the flow of circulation between a pipe and water, here is the illustration; pipe is something you give daily to others whereas water is God's privileged where it is given to selected few people, remember; life will work optimally when we accustom ourselves to make tough decision every day, life will not ask to us to wait how the life works, it may take long process beyond our calculation, so we are just asked by life to leave a good legacy as much as we can and life asks us to trust the process.

I hope you always have a good day, today I would like to share about how to improve work ethic, the main reason why I choose that topic because not all people want to apply work ethic, let me remind to you why people don’t want to improve work ethic because they finish a daily task based on what they have been given by their boss, there is no extra dedication when they have finished daily work, now I will share to you about several work ethic you need to apply if you want to get appreciated by market place or company; here is the first work ethic; you need to build joy when you commit to work, make sure you choose to work not because there is necessity, if you work for necessity, you will not get an extra ability because you put your focus on the profit only, remember this note; profit is designed not to give you an extra skill because profit is designed to lock your mind from something higher, at this phase, you must find a job where it can teach you how to enrich your creativity and how to create a sense of joy once you take that job, don’t let huge profit will alter you to become a money making machine.

Dignity is the professional worker's habit

        Here is the second work ethic you need to learn; you must have personal integrity, the main reason why you must possess personal integrity because everything you do will reflect about who you become in the future, your reputation depends on how much effort you put into your daily habit and your integrity, if you don’t have it, your job will not give you good value, instead your job will give you a burdensome, if you let this condition is happening, you will not have a chance to improve your skill because your mental health is on the crisis, unfortunately many leaders don’t educate themselves with integrity, so their inferior staff will not give their leaders a credit, remember this note; your reputation depends on how you commit with something you do daily, if you work by providing a good service to your customer, your personal integrity will grow and your sense of kindness will burgeon as well, if your job can’t give the big influence to you, automatically it can’t educate you how to become valuable person to many people’s lives, when your job doesn't increase your dignity, means your job builds a bad reputation to you, here is my daily note; your reputation depends on how you give to others, it just like the manufacturer.

       We don’t need to work if there is no integrity to be offered, so you must get a job where it can build your passion, not working for necessity, if you work for necessity only, you will not stand to work for any longer, here is the third work ethic you need to learn; you must build your own time management, if your job can’t teach you how to make your own time management, means you will overwork until you feel irritated, basically a nice job shouldn’t offer you a huge profit, but it can educate you how to manage your stress and a nice job will help you to increase your integrity, if your job increase your profit and lower your integrity, I am telling you, you will enter to the satanic circle, please don’t accustom yourself with that kind of job.
