I hope you always have good day, today I would like to share about the topic "common mistakes in leadership", the main reason why I choose that topic because many people just want to be a follower and they don't dare to be leader, if you ask me why many people don't want to be leader because they think being leader must possess some good requirements, it is not true, being leader mustn't possess good requirements, the basic skill how to become leader is know how to make open communication with others, let me tell you about the reality "leadership is a complex skill", it is quite common for leaders to make some mistakes, here is the common mistake is leader can't communicate effectively, sometimes leaders show their high expectations without considering the capacity of their team, so the leaders need to be clear when they show expectations to the people that they have lead, another mistake from leader is not providing the constructive back, meaning, the leaders can provide what their team need in order to grow and improve their team's skill, for the most important part is the leaders can point out the area where people can do better.

Sometimes the leaders forget how to delegate someone when there is right position, the leaders may feel like they need to do everything for themselves, but this condition can lead the leaders to get burnout because the leaders don't allow their team to develop the new area which can burden their team's responsibility, lastly, the leaders forget how to appreciate their team's skill when the teams can finish something crucial, that's leader's common mistakes, as we know everyone needs to feel valued and feel recognized for their hard work, the leaders who forget to do this will make the situation is weird between the leaders and the team member, remember; the team who doesn't get appreciation and recognition from their leaders, they tend to feel unmotivated, here is another mistake which is done by the leaders, they avoid a difficult conversation, meaning, the leaders tend to avoid the confrontation when the team members try to make a tough conversation to the leaders, but avoiding the conversation can lead to larger problem down the line, it is important for the leaders to address issues head-on and in a respectful manner, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an insight how to improve your career, good luck.

Today I would like to talk about bad self esteem, many people are trapped in the bad experience and most people tend to repeat their memorial story with new venture because they think the future will repeat the past memory, that is the major problem i need to share with you, as we know the happiness can guide you to the sanctuary place and also the happiness can teach you how to be a new person beyond your imagination, the bad self esteem is kind of mental disease which ensuring the ordinary people will demand the expectation from others rather than prepare something to be waited by expectation.

I am really sure everybody has ever tasted bad during obtaining self esteem, the reason why people will taste bad in life during maintaining self esteem because there’s law how to get self esteem, a life test is suffering, when you can survive during taste suffering, you will get happy, otherwise when you will not survive during taste suffering, you will be prison in your self esteem, it’s law.

Today I would like to share about passion, as far I know every people believe they have own luck to be prevailed in the reality life but to fulfill our passion, we need to make preparation to find our passion, once we don’t truly want to make preparation, we will not find passion to engage intuition which is informing in our subconscious mind.

Passion is like fuel, before you refill your ambition with fuel, the first thing you prepare is making a long term plan and explore the thing you want to build, the second thing you need to prepare is making conviction and prove that you deserve to win, the third thing you need to prepare is finding the lost love, you need to build something such as building your creativity by studying the most interesting subject which is making you interested, build your creation to make you different, build your ingenuity to solve other people’s problem.

Please remember this note: passion will not get away from you if you put your right mindset to the creation you want to build, passion will be alive when you discipline your mind and your body to build a freaking dream into passion, those people who are making themselves interested with their dream, those people will never doubted about what they have done and also they have never argued about mistake and failure because they know they will meet mistake.

You may reject the failure and mistake in one time, but every productive mistake will not forget your effort because the productive mistake will evoke your mindset to keep doing the target once you find difficulties, passion will let you to make the productive mistake because that’s only way how to keep you move forward, in addition, when you do something the same over and over again in the same standard, you will not find your passion because passion will be detected when you make a lot of progress in different level, if you really want to know when your passion works, you must provide something big to other people’s needs in short term period or in the long term period, that’s secret to get success in passion.

Today I would like to talk about the topic how do I improve my reputation? As human being, the reputation is sign of retention, if someone wants to get good reputation but he is not willingly to make retention, as result he will ruin his own reputation through habit, there is none other way to keep reputation alive except he will make better improvement in every single day.

You may forget the moment you build reputation at the first time, but once you will lose every moment or opportunity in every single day, you will not see the clearest momentum of yourself, reputation is not just building popularity, popularity is not good purpose, but it’s optional which is taking a lot of risk within, I have seen many people are competing one of each other and against the rule because they think popularity is more important than reputation.

Don’t think popularity is attractive and invite full of happiness, in return, making yourself to become the self-centered person is not going to build good reputation, but it is going to ruin you from the unexpected reason, the reason why many people are becoming less confident today not because they are belong to rich family but they prefer to build a bad reputation rather than building a good value for other people’s lives.

Today I would like to talk about the innovation, many people think that innovation are belonged to the clever person’s right but now anyone can have the innovation if they recognize what capability of they are participating in this life, the clever or stupid are not part of innovation characteristic, but the innovation can be built by seeking the right people who surround you and supporting you to do something different in long term period, that’s secret how to make innovation.

No one can be considered as good inventor when they just do something in the short-term period and do the same thing over, over again, the innovation we should take as priority job is keeping studying about the new qualification which can help you to become new person in every single day, innovation needs observing, it is one of the human’s good habits which is advancing the knowledge.

Before we make innovation, we should know about what kind of scope or the aspects we will create, without any specific scope, we will create doubt and the feeling of doubt will make us procrastinated when we want to do something benefit, we may lose our dignity and lose the significant love, but that’s not very important, the most priority thing we should prioritize during making invention is Ignite a new hope and  don’t quit when you persevere going to your next destination, quitting from hope, means it will burn down the path of hope.

Today I would like to share with the statement “shape the new personality”, this question describes not everyone can utilize an opportunity to secure their personality when they work under pressure. The basic principle of shape new personality is creating new human being who can endure everything bad in this life but they are having self-control to make fortune, without activating the value, someone will do something dangerous and he is going to lose hope, the reason why we need to possess the attitude because it is part of our last shield in which case it helps us determine where exactly we want to become.

Now we are going to acknowledge what factor we need to build the secure personality, the first thing we must do to secure our personality from the bad thing is forgetting about the last moment we have passed, that is the first quality we need to build, it sounds easy but not everyone has willingness to forget the moment in the past time, when people can’t do this simulation, their soul will get trapped in the past time and they will make the repeated problem in every single day.

Remember this note; every miracle in this life will not happen except every human insists to break up any excuses which may give small spark in their own mindset and make decision by doing the hardest thing in every single day such as making the simulation program to create small suffering, once we succeed to train our mindset to accept the simulation program, we will get new idea from the uncomfortable thing, that is the second thing we need to do in order to secure our personality, and the secure personality teaches us how to engage strong, the process is not going to make us get happiness.

Don’t easily break up the simulation program because one simulation is enough to determine all moment you have in one year, life is not talking about happiness and sadness, but life is talking about the appreciation, whether you like the treatment or not, sooner or later you will earn it, that’s how we learn how to secure our personality, someone who has a secure personality, he usually applies the simulation program and he starts to resist the bad influence which may come into his mindset and he will utilize his creativity to change the bad influence as milestone in order to get higher purpose in every single day  because he believes some higher purpose will treat him as a winner, when he wins, he can control the unlimited power within.

The Ignorance is the real human’s enemy

Today in this article I would like to talk about the ignorance, we all know being studious person is the boring activity and most people are trying to avoid that activity because they are afraid of changing from within themselves, in my opinion that is irrational afraid because they are not having the strong willingness to learn about the caution which may happen in the near future.

The ignorance will not diminish in every single day, instead it will grow and will make the human’s eye go blind because they allow the darkness comes into their head and educate the human to become confused man, the anxiety will not come as long as the human being always improve their knowledge and add value to most people.

The ignorance is part of habit which is influencing people’s mindset to do something awful and doing the unproductive activity, such as being couch potato, spending time to idle away to the mall, hang out with toxic people, etc. when people will not improve the knowledge and insist to live in the comfort zone, they will see this life is so boring in this daily activity, boring is not part of bad thing, but boring activity is indicating your last effort you have done hasn’t achieved the next level, it tells you that you are doing something unattractive and also you have done something with same content.

if this life talks to you about the rule, don’t just ignore the message from it because life usually gives you a challenge how to build your self-esteem, the self esteem is indicating that you are making a lot of progress in your daily activity, the life rule says “every human possesses the unlimited wealth”, meaning we have potential energy to create everything we want, what will we do now is just starting the process, giving a respect of the process, embrace a larger possibility and be patient during waiting to achieve the reward. Knowledge is representing your unique skill, another thing, the knowledge will diminish in every single day when we stop learning.

Today in this article I would like to talk about creation and passion, both are the ultimate resources which they are designed to help human how to determine the next journey, passion is shaped from the human’s most favorite profession that he wants to build and human will try to bring the passion together with his creativity, now the question is “what creation everyone should possess?”

The first thing of creation is having the strong reason to create the valid reason, no one can achieve the success if they don’t have any strong reason, if they want to create creation, they need to upgrade the reason which is making them push their limit, without engaging enough strong reason to human’s mindset, people will lose the power of intention and the power of determination, it’s law, the second thing of creation is about the humanity, before people are fulfilling their passion, everyone must ensure they are doing well for other people’s kindness, not making other people to engage the suffering, the suffering is not an option to please everyone who wants to create their sense of creation upon the passion.

Today I would like to talk about the topic “how to shape the wonderful idea”, at the first time we were born in this universe, we are not having inborn ability but we are given great five sense to detect whether any normality life or not, so we are living with uncertainty of life and we will play with the life rule as long as we live together on this earth.

When we were born, we are just be given a time, energy and decision, we need to expand these things to reveal the truth about life, in order to disclose this life, we need to build the wonderful idea, and the wonderful idea is coming from the ingenious question which coming from result of our curiosity, anyone can engage this feeling if the humans being are able to create new model within themselves, another word of new model is self-motivated.

Today I would like to talk about the topic “how to identify the game rule”, at the first time we were born with no experience in this universe, we are only child who has freedom to create something new and make thousands of mistake to reveal the truth, in order to know something beneficial about this life, we need to embrace the suck and make the productive mistake to born the creativity, that is the rule, as human being we are not living with inborn ability but we are given the naturalistic intelligent in order to let us know about our identity, the more we know who we are, the more hidden potential will appear.

 The hidden potential will work when we face problem, the game rule is designed not to make us hurt or being killed, but it is designed to help us making good preparation, we can’t change the game rule, all we need to do is enjoying the game until we win from it, so we are living with uncertainty of life, every single day we will embrace the suck to let us growing up, if we lose from the game, we are forced to replay the same game until we accomplish the concrete idea and solve the problem, that is purpose of life rule.

When we were born in this world, we are just given a restricted time, the natural energy and the solid material (human’s body), when we use those 3 things, we need to sacrifice our focus and power of habit to learn about the characteristic of game, game has habit and rule has own weaknesses. Passion, determination, courage, dream, sadness, suffer are part of game rule, all needs the concrete idea to activate it but unfortunately every idea can’t differentiate the right or wrong, so only mistake will let us identify the right or wrong, the mistake teaches us how we grow until we get clue, clue will transforms curiosity, every curiosity will born the critical question and every question is selected by us to create self-motivated, and the motivation will lead us going forward to the massive action. Today I would like to talk about hope, only reason we can stay longer in this world because we believe with power of hope, is that normal life or normal mind? I would say that is the normal life, means we need to stay together with the great value of human being if we want to obtain the booster of life, we need to engage the human virtue and apply it in the daily life, the human’s virtue such as hard working, great vitality, determination, passion, ingenuity, unconditional love, positive thinking, and integrity.

Hope is making you differently rather most people around you

If we don’t see any hope in ourselves, that mean we will lose the particular things, we can’t do better when we don’t have any booster in our life, the sign of desperation will appear once the human will say “why am I here, this isn’t for me, why I should take this treatment in my life?” The reason why the booster of life will not come in our mind and body because we judge the wrong thing about the universe’s message, The only thing we can do to wake up the power of hope by listening the universe’s message through making mistake and learning from the mistake’s feedback carefully, that is the possible work we can do to understand the universe.

Power of hope is making everything possible although it looks impossible

The reason why the universe doesn’t want to reveal everything to human being because the universe believes there’s something great can’t be accepted by human’s capacity, the only thing human can do is building the trust to universe’s system, that we call it as power of hope, although the human being will stay in thousands of years in this life, people can’t reveal about the universe because human is limited edition creature otherwise universe is the unlimited edition.

If human wants to learn the universe’s system, we must allow ourselves to use the power of hope to unlock mindset and reveal everything impossible, here is the important thing, something great can’t be dealt by depending on the human capacity but something great can be dealt with the power of hope, hope means the reason why we must exist, survive, live together with the universe’s system peacefully.

Today I would like to talk about a life crisis, the definition of life crisis is the abnormal condition where it causes losing of balance in the great significant thing such as economy, serenity, prosperous, dignity, etc. the reason why the life crisis is happening because there’s something dangerous has happened and it brings impacts to the human living.
