Three definitions of happiness

   Hi, good readers, this time I will share a very interesting topic, namely "three definitions of happiness", the main reason why I chose this topic because not everyone finds the three definitions of happiness, If we look at current conditions, many of us neglect to see happiness because our happiness is often compared to technology that offers everything fast,  In reality, happiness cannot be compared to something that is fast-paced , happiness does not require a fast time, happiness is going according to what is destined by the law of universe, If someone just wants to be happy quickly, then he must also be prepared to bear the consequences, namely being willing to feel stressed quickly, happiness requires a balance between mental health, environmental conditions, the level of service provided by humans and a high level of awareness of one's own ignorance, Nowadays, the most important thing is not how to get happiness, but doing something that attracts attention from happiness itself, So not all happiness can be called inner peace, but true happiness is able to provide a sense of calm, not feelings of resentment or envy

Here are three definitions of happiness:

 1. Feelings of Emotional Well-Being: Happiness can be defined as a positive feeling that includes satisfaction, joy, and inner peace. It involves pleasant emotional experiences and satisfaction with life as a whole.

 2. Balance Between Success and Satisfaction: Happiness can also be understood as a balance between achieving goals and satisfaction with the process. This includes feeling meaningful, connected to others, and having control over life as well as deriving satisfaction from personal accomplishments.

 3. Feeling of Harmony and Inner Peace: Happiness can also be defined as a feeling of harmony and inner peace, where individuals feel in harmony with themselves, their values, and the world around them. It involves awareness, acceptance, and calm in living life.

Happiness can arise from various sources, including:

1. Positive Relationships: Meaningful connections with friends, family, and loved ones contribute significantly to happiness and well-being.
2. Accomplishments and Achievements: Setting and achieving goals, whether personal or professional, can bring a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment.
3. Gratitude and Mindfulness: Practicing gratitude and mindfulness can help individuals appreciate the present moment and cultivate a positive outlook on life.
4. Engagement and Flow: Engaging in activities that challenge and absorb your attention, leading to a state of flow, can promote feelings of happiness and fulfillment.
