Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Controlling anger”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people try to control their anger by focusing on what causes anger, I don’t recommend people to do what they can’t control because it can create inharmonious situation between people's calmness and people's desire, anger is like the raging fire in our soul, we can’t diminish it by giving our attention into it, what we can do is not focusing how to control anger, but how we stop giving our major attention into it, if we can distract our focus away from the source of anger, we can save our future from dilemma and regret, remember; if you feel worry, angry, regret, anxiety, disappointed more than your good feeling, you just need to let it go, sometimes your desire can lead you to anger because you push your limitation to finish what your capacity can't do it, the best medicine you can give to those bad feelings which causes anger is delaying the growth process by stop giving your focus on it and you do the opposite which can attract good feeling, such as enthusiasm, passion, calmness, as human being, we can't escape from negative feeling because it is part of our natural setting, what we need to do is accept its existence and not to wake up the negative feeling from its sleep, if we stop giving our attention to what causes anger, we indirectly let negative feeling slept peacefully.

Here are several activities which can decrease a sense of anger and increase our vitality; reading book, listening podcast, attending the seminar / webinar and do more productive until we have a good mood, remember; change may not always bring successful result, but there is no success story without change, every human has been granted by God with different capacity in order to endure pain from life's pressure and human's capacity is used to ensure human’s mental health is still good, we don’t need to worry about anger impact, as long as we focus on the abundance of life, e.g. blessing, we will not get caught by angry easily, starting from now, you must train your mindset to stop disliking with negative feeling, the more you hate the negative feeling, the more you attract its power to stay with you, here several incantations which ensure you to possess good feeling, if you feel angry because of mistake you make, you must use this incantation to yourself “there is no mistake, there is only solution to increase my knowledge and bury my ignorance, thank you God”, if you meet with difficult situation which may increase your anger, you must use this incantation to yourself “there is nothing can make me angry, God only tests my endurance in order to increase my capacity level”, here is the last note; if your capability is bigger than your current limitation, it means, you can control your desire and your desire will not let you to focus on something bad, instead your desire will turn your capacity into competence skill, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
