Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “anger management issues”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people can't deal with situation which has potential to raise their anger, such as they spend their time to watch TV program which has potential to raise a sense of anger, they play gambling at casino, they invest some money to the broker who can control the fluctuation of money or the insurance payment, those activities can attract an anger issue because people depend too much to other people 's ability and they prefer to live fully in the uncertainty rather than to live what they can control, the cause for our anger is not from the uncertainty in circumstance, but it is caused by our unprepared mental to receive something bigger than our capacity, in order to practice our mental to receive something bigger than our vision, we must train our mind to adapt with something uncomfortable, remember this truth; we can't control anger, but what we control where our attention goes, life is having the ocean of probability of reaction, there is negative reaction and positive reaction, the energy will flow when there is repetitive affirmation from our attention, if we react a sense of anger after we see or hear something, it means, there is object which is trying to give us bad influence, we must beware about it, if our body reacts something bad, it means, there is something wrong with our attention, our bad intention will not be created automatically without we give much attention to the object which can give us bad influence.

I just wants to remind you; anger will appear to us if we give our repetitive attention to something where it can't give good influence to us, we must stop giving our energy to something where it doesn't offer peace, remember this rule; happiness lies in the state of mind, happiness has nothing to do with the worldly stuff or other people’s activity, do you know why happiness lies in state of mind because happiness is part of personal responsibility, if what we do now can attract inner happiness, it means, we don't have anger issue, if you can’t find something that makes you happy from outer, you need to find what inside of you, such as passion, dream, enthusiasm, productive habit and long term goal, don't try to expect life is going to give you what you want if you don't know what you need, if you want to avoid a sense of anger, you must choose to hold responsibility to what happens in your life, such as accept what you can't avoid, do what you can, stop blaming others people's mistake, learn to adapt with new difficult thing, anger management issue basically is created to help other people who try to control what their reaction does for them, remember this; we can’t create a good reaction without offering good action first to life, if we want life will give us the power of patience, we need to observe about the natural law and also we create long term goal which ensures our habit and attention will live in what we can control, patience can’t be offered with money or the worldly stuff.
